DONATE to the Annual Banquet

How to Donate...
You can contribute to the Annual Banquet by placing a donation - small or large - today. Simply download the banquet donation form and fax or mail it to the address shown. 100% of profits go back to fund more conservation, education and humanitarian efforts. Forms can also be obtained from Banquet Committee Members who are available to answer your questions.

A 501(c)4 organization, the Five Valleys Chapter of SCI uses proceeds from its Annual Banquet to fund numerous conservation, humanitarian and education efforts throughout the year.

Where do the funds go?100% of our income is used by SCI with at least 70% staying here locally (see below for a listing of projects undertaken by the Five Valleys Chapter in the last decade). When we apply for matching grants for our projects we keep even more! Over the years we have averaged 85% of our funds being used right here on projects we select. Interested in what SCI headquarters does with their portion of funds? Click here for information about donations at the national level.

Companies, organizations and individuals can become banquet sponsors by donating cash or retail items. All sponsors will be recognized at the banquet - both in the evening program and on event signage - as well as having the opportunity to be listed on this website (with a link to their respective company or organization). Please consider participating. With your help we can make a difference in preserving our hunting heritage!
