We just completed a very successful 2009 Annual Banquet/Fundraiser in Missoula.  While the final numbers are not yet in, our gross proceeds indicate that this will be our best fundraiser in 9  years!  As always, 70% of our proceeds will go to fund local conservation and education efforts right here in Western Montana.  Please let us know if you are aware of a worthwhile project for our chapter to participate in.

To those who attended, give yourselves a pat on the back – you put a lot of money back into western Montana on December 4th!  We appreciate the show of support and look forward to next year’s event.  In the interim, we will be planning one or two other activities in 2010 – maybe a summer BBQ?  If you have an idea or would like to be involved, please email us at info@fivevalleyschaptersci.org. 

In addition to the generous support of our attendees, a special thanks should go out to the banquet committee and their tireless efforts to put this together over the past months. Without their hard work, none of this would have happened!
